In periods of extreme personal transformation, it is best to start internally ♾️ before reconstructing what’s externally seen.

There is a theory that life is an inward-outward journey way of living. Thrive Global has a good article that expounds on this.

This is intentional living that will propel people to true success.


Purifying the soul, listening to what inspires you in this world, and moving accordingly is crucial here.


The trick is to always begin with the authentic self.


In western medicine, this is called the mental status examination. We test patients if they are well-oriented to time, date, and place.


Who are you? What is your name? When were you born? What date is it today? What time is it now? Who is our current president? Can you subtract 7 from 100 for me? Please draw a clock for me. 

The reconstruct mindset will then need these steps:


1. Awareness of Existing Belief Systems

2. Grounding

3. Sensory Experience

4. Perception 

5. Motor Movement


Then, repeat ♾️
