As a medical student who is currently taking a break, I learned that health and wellness is as simple as eating an apple once a day. 

The most important thing 
every human needs in this world
 is safety. 

When we are born into this world, all events trigger parts of our brain that disrupt the way we think. 

That's when humans decline. That's when we lose sense of reality and live in an illusion.

How do we move forward? 

Easy and simple: 

1. Exercise
2. Eat food that nourishes your body 
3. Find joyful activities and immerse yourself in them 
4. Sleep well
